The Management Says:

Can anyone recommend a nice blogsite/webhost where I can use as my primary website? So that I can use it as, well, everything, and the place where I can put character/story/worldbuilding information about all my manga. Any input will be appreciated.

@Rage: S'all right. One day, I'll create a personal website. One day.

Thank you! I'm glad you think it so :3

there's some places like http://www.webs.com/ where you can put up a site for free, if that's what you mean. (I've used several for an old site of mine, but most of the companies went down, so most of my site's offline now. ^_^" )
...I've been thinking about making a new site for myself to advertise web development and design, but I don't know if it'd work...

@Asj: Yes, I meant that. Thanks! Though I've always planned on creating my own website to host my manga and other stuff, I don't think I'd be able to pay for the personal domain name for now. I really want to have my own domain name, haha >.> Well, I'm not in a hurry, and I still need to plan things out, so ... For now, I'm thinking of using blogsites such as Livejournal or Wordpress, but I don't think that would work, interface-wise.

Will your site be some sort of an online CV? I think that's a neat idea. :D

@archiloquy: ...I'm not really sure what CV is. ^_^" But I've been wanting to try getting into website stuff, so I was thinking about offering people amateur web design/development services for a cheap price, and having a resume page and stuff. ...But I keep running into problems every time I try doing something for people, so it might be a bad idea... ^_^"

Before geocities went down, I was able to buy a name for a very cheap price. It was something like a dollar a year. But I haven't tried getting a domain name elsewhere, so I'm not sure if you'd be able to find a deal like that or not. Yahoo and Geocities were together, though, so Yahoo might still have a similar deal.

@Asj: Oh. CV means Curriculum Vitae, or resume. I think people use the term CV lately than resume ... >.> Um. Anyway! Maybe you should just choose which commission you'd take so as to avoid any possible problems in the future?

I'd probably wait until I settle my account in Paypal. And ... budget my remaining finances if I could afford to add this expense. ;_;
